Please contact us ASAP to request an order cancellation. We will do our best to honour any cancellation requests but please keep in mind that our warehouse works fast and once an order is in our system we may not be able to cancel an order.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed generally will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Express delivery options are displayed to you at checkout.

Delivery details will also be provided in your confirmation email.

To apply a discount code to your order, select the item(s) you want to purchase and go to checkout. At checkout, you'll see a box for gift card/discount codes - enter your code there and click "Apply". Once applied you'll see the adjusted order total and you can continue to complete the purchase.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers will need to take responsibility for these charges; rates may vary according to country.

Spectacles come with three standardised measurements, all of which are written in millimetres. You can find the measurements of each frame on their individual product pages.

These measurements are printed onto the inside of all Rebeleyewear:

The first number (49) refers to lens diameter. This is governed more by the style of the frame than the dimensions of your face.

The second number (19) refers to the bridge width, or the gap between the edges of the two lenses.

The third number (145) refers to the arm length (or temple length). This is the full length of the arm, from the very tip to the very front.
